Vaysin Properties is the property listing website of the Vaysin Group. We list apartments, independent houses, villas, PG accommodation and commercial space for rent and for sale. When you find a property you like, you contact us on WhatsApp.

You can search properties in Bengaluru, by Central, East, North, South and West zones, and in Chennai and the other districts of Tamil Nadu, by North, East, South, West and Central regions. Type any locality, town or metro station in the search box.

Use the search box on the home page. Type an area, locality or metro station, choose Rent, Buy, PG or Commercial, and pick the property type or BHK. On the properties page you can also filter by budget, furnishing, video and distance to metro.

A property is marked Near metro when its nearest operational Namma Metro or Chennai Metro station is within 1.5 km. Each listing shows the nearest station, its line colour and the approximate distance. The distance is a straight-line estimate, not a measured travel route.

Open PG near colleges from the home page, or type the college name with the word PG in the search box, for example the college name followed by nearby PG. You can also filter PGs for men or women and by single, double or triple sharing.

There may be no listing in that area right now. New listings are added often. Send your area, budget and property type on WhatsApp and we will share suitable options.

Open the property and tap Chat on WhatsApp. The chat opens with the property details filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. You can also use the Contact page or write to help@vaysin.com.

Site visits are arranged by appointment with the owner or the owner’s representative, at a time that suits you. We may share your name and phone number with them so that the visit can be arranged.

Listing details are based on information given to us and can change without notice. Photographs and videos are for illustration and may not show the current condition of the property. Prices are asking prices, and the final terms are agreed between you and the owner. Please inspect the property and verify the documents before you pay anyone.

Yes. There is no charge for browsing, searching, viewing photographs and videos, or sending an enquiry.

Brokerage is payable when a rental, lease, purchase or PG arrangement is concluded for a property introduced or shown by Vaysin Properties. The amount, or the rate used to calculate it, is shared in writing on WhatsApp or by email before a site visit is arranged. Read the full terms in Brokerage fee.

Open the Contact page, choose I want to list a property, fill in the details and send them on WhatsApp. You can send photographs and a video of the property in the same chat. Any brokerage payable by the owner is confirmed in writing before the listing is published.

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange visits. Details typed into the contact form are not stored on this website. See the Privacy Policy for more.
